The workbook is the middle. You get everything I would say out loud, just not the version where I am standing behind you when it goes wrong.
If you already build things in Claude comfortably, do that. Honestly. A single skill is cheaper because it is only the file. This is the whole system: the brain file everything reads from, bringing your ChatGPT history across, the assistant, and the setup that makes them work together. It exists for the person who would open those files and not be sure what to do first, which is most people, and there is nothing wrong with being most people.
I know. That is why the first thing in the folder is a single page telling you the one thing to do first and what finished looks like. Not a contents page, not a welcome video. Ten minutes and you will have something working before you can lose interest.
