Gmail, for the inbox half. The assistant reads your email, sorts it and leaves drafts, and today that part is built for Gmail. Everything else in the build works on any email. If you are on Outlook, read this first.
A skill is a tool. Handing somebody a tool is not the same as handing them a finished job, and almost everything sold in this space stops at the tool.
The order is the whole thing. Each piece reads the one before it, which is why a pile of files never turned into anything. Build them in sequence and by the end of the afternoon you have an assistant that knows your business, sorts your inbox before you open it, and has your replies already written.

The playbook is the middle. You get everything I would say out loud, just not the version where I am standing behind you when it goes wrong.
Not this one, and that is deliberate. The assistant does not work as a single file. It works once the brain file exists for everything else to read from, your ChatGPT history is brought across, and the pieces are actually talking to each other. That is four things in a specific order, and the order is the part people get stuck on. Selling you the file alone would mostly be selling you a folder you never opened. So this one is sold whole.
I know. That is why the first thing in the folder is a single page telling you the one thing to do first and what finished looks like. Not a contents page, not a welcome video. Ten minutes and you will have something working before you can lose interest.
If you can copy and paste, you can do this. Every prompt is written out and every click is named, in order, with nothing skipped. Being technical was my job and I already did it.
Be straight with you: the inbox half of this is built for Gmail today. Reading what came in, sorting it and leaving drafts, all of that speaks Gmail.
Everything else works whatever you use. The Project, the brain file, the daily briefing, the drafting itself. And Claude does have a Microsoft 365 connector that reads Outlook mail and calendar, with two conditions: it needs a work Microsoft account, so a personal outlook.com or hotmail address cannot connect at all, and letting it draft has to be switched on by whoever administers your Microsoft account.
So if you are on Outlook you have two honest options. Connect a Gmail and run the assistant there, which is what most people do and it takes five minutes. Or buy this for the rest of the build and wait for the Outlook version, which I am working on. If you buy it and feel short-changed, tell me and I will refund you, no argument.
Yes. Question one asks what you do, and the whole interview changes shape from there. A real estate agent gets asked about their communities, a loan officer gets asked who sends them business, and everybody else gets asked about their own work in their own words. I built these for my business first and then rewrote them so nobody sits through questions that do not apply to them.
